Introduction

After empty bottles are manually placed or unloaded by an automated depalletizer into the bottle unscrambling machine, the turntable of the machine rotates. At the same time, the central lever on the turntable achieves the purpose of bottle unscrambling by pushing the empty bottles to the bottle outlet. The turntable has adjustable sliding bars that can be adjusted according to the diameter of the bottles to achieve the best bottle unscrambling effect

Remarks

• When connecting the power supply, check if the power supply is consistent and ensure proper grounding.

• The direction of the turntable rotation must not be opposite, otherwise bottle unscrambling will not be possible.

• If any abnormal noise is heard during operation, stop the machine for inspection. Only resume work after troubleshooting and resolving the issue.
