CB-300 Capsule Decapsulation/Segregator Machine Method of operation

1. Check whether the whole machine stands stably before power-on, whether the components are connected firmly, and whether the wires and plugs are damaged.

2. Turn on the power cord and the power switch of the machine to make the inverter operation panel display 0.00. If you do not display 0.00, press the DSP repeatedly or rotate the adjustment knob FREQ SET counterclockwise.

3. Press RUN to adjust the speed control knob between 10.0 and 30.0, and the machine starts to run dry. At this point, you should carefully check for abnormal noise and vibration during operation.

4. When confirming that the machine is running normally, press the STOP button and the machine stops. The capsule to be separated is placed in the hopper, the hopper gate is adjusted, and the powder discharging barrel is placed at the discharge port to push the opening gate of the capsule (this part is the same as the conveying principle of the capsule filling machine).

5. Adjust the speed control knob to between 20.0 and 30.0. Press the RUN button and the Capsule Decapsulation/Segregator Machine will work formally. When the work is completed, press the STOP button and then turn off the power switch.

Inverter internal data correction method

When the inverter operation panel is found to be abnormal or the operation is abnormal, the internal data of the inverter is damaged and needs to be recalibrated. Methods as below:

Turn on the power to make the display window display digitally. Press the STOP button to put the machine to a standstill.

Adjust the speed control button REQ SE counterclockwise to 0 position so that 0.00 is displayed on the display window.

Press the DSP key repeatedly to display 00-00 on the display window.

Press the △ key to display the display window 12-06.

Press the DATA key to display 0000 in the display window.

Press the △ key to display 1150 in the display window.

Press the DATA key to return the inverter to the factory state. At this time, the display window END flashes and the data needs to be reset.

Press the DSP key to display 00-05 on the display window.

Press the DATA key to display 0 in the display window.

Press the △ key to display 1 in the display window.

Press the DATA key to make the display show End (very short) and 00-05.

Press the △ key to display the display window 00-09.

Press the DATA key to make the display show 10.00.

Press ▽ to display 1.00.

Press the DATA key to make the display show End (very short) and 00-09.

Press the △ key to display 00-10 in the display window.

Press the DATA key to make the display show 10.00.

Press ▽ to display 1.00.

Press the DATA key to make the display show End (very short) and 00-10.

If the motor has a carrier howling:

1. Carrier selection: Change the value 1 of 10-04 to 0.

2. Carrier frequency: Select a value of 10-03 between 5 and 12 to select an acceptable frequency.
