How the capsule polishing machine works？

Capsule polishing machine is a special capsule polishing equipment, which can effectively remove the dust on the surface of the capsule to improve the smoothness and eliminate static electricity. It is suitable for all types of capsules.

Working principle:

1. The capsule filled by the filling machine is transported into the lower hopper, and the capsule is brought into the screen cylinder by the rotating brush which is rotated from the inlet of the hopper;

2. In the screen cylinder, the brush is used to polish and dedust the capsule. Capsules without caps, and separated capsules are recovered through the vacuum at the vacuum cleaner interface.

3. The brush sends the capsule to the discharge port of the screen cylinder.
